I found this book to be a little different than any other book I have read by
Abbi Glines.It may be the fact that she didn't beat around the bush or that there weren't many boring monologues.I thoroughly enjoyed this fact.I H-A-T-E boring never-ending monologues.Of course,like always and in every book
Abbi Glines has written,I couldn't not mention the easy connection created between the characters and the readers.It's not something easily found.Though,I have to say that emotion is also dominantly present.You had me in tears just from the prologue.
The characters had both had bad experiences,even in such a young age,but they both managed to find a balance despite the circumstances.Cage was confident,patient,compassionate and understanding while Eva was emotionally shattered but still maintained kind and considerate.
I definitely recommend this book.It's an enjoyable summer read for those who love a good romance.Also,those who have read
Because of Lowshould absolutely read it.I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series(currently untitled
