Click on links or covers for Goodreads

1. Persuasion by Jane Austen

2. Resistance by Owen Sheers

3. The Road by Cormac McCarthy

4. There But For The by Ali Smith

5. The Golden Ass by Apuleius

6. The Gathering by Anne Enright

7. Moll Flanders by Daniel Defoe

That's all the books I would have never read had it not been for uni! I'm more YA kind of reader, though I have read some classics. I really enjoyed reading these titles and I'll definitely more of them (when I find time...)

What are the books that you have recently enjoyed that aren't your typical type of book?

  2. Ooo I loved Persuasion. I didn't think I'd like it because I didn't like Pride and Prejudice. Great list! x
