Well, this is not the easiest subject for me! I've never been an athletic person, although I do like bying athletic stuff I just never use them. With the gym I have an on and off relationship. I'll go for about a month and then I'll just stop (it gets pretty boring for me after a month).

Me too! I'm being forced to participate in Cross-Country this year so I can be fit. :/ Have you tried reading while working out? I haven't actually done this, but a friend of mine loves to read while running on her treadmill. Or you could listen to an audio book! :)

I do the same thing! I'll go for a while, then quit and not go back for weeks, sometimes months!
